REVIEW: COPPERTONE CLEARLY SHEER SUNSCREEN LOTION SPF 30

Ever been to the beach, pool, or theme park on a hot summer day and applied sunscreen that smelled overly strong of coconuts and left your skin feeling oily and greasy? I think we've all been there. That's why I was SO excited to try Coppertone Clearly Sheer Sunscreen Lotion, and I am so happy I was given the opportunity to! Coppertone Clearly Sheer Sunscreen Lotion makes various claims on the bottle: "Won't cause breakouts", "Helps leave skin soft", "Fast absorbing", "Feels clean and light", and "Fresh, clean scent". At first I thought, too good to be true. You're trying to tell me that there is a sunscreen out there that doesn't leave my skin feeling oily and doesn't have an overpowering scent? Ya right.

I opened the bottle and applied it on the spots I normally burn. I was shocked that I had to put my hands super close to my nose to get a whiff of the scent. "Fresh, clean scent" = check. I LOVE how this sunscreen lotion smells compared to its competitors. It's a light and faint scent that is NOT your traditional sunscreen lotion scent. Also, I was shocked at how fast the sunscreen lotion absorbed into my skin. In seconds my skin went from a little bit oily to completely moisturized and soft. "Fast absorbing"/"Helps leave skin soft"/"Feels clean and light" = check. As far as the claim about "Won't cause breakouts", I normally don't break out from wearing sunscreen so me saying I didn't experience any breakouts wouldn't be proof that this sunscreen won't cause breakouts on anyone. However, overall, this sunscreen is AMAZING and lives up to the various claims that are made on the bottle. I was completely impressed and will definitely be buying this product in the future.
